Personality: A kind of lazy, shy Pokemon who has trouble making friends due to his quiet nature. He genuinely does want to help others despite his lack of motivation to do basic things for himself (he frequently forgets to eat dinner). He doesn't like to draw too much attention to himself and will generally keep quiet and go with the flow if it's nothing too serious.
Appearance: Generic male Frillish although his eyes are blue like the female's.

Backstory: Originally lived in a seaside cave in the Unova region, floating around among the other Frillish and Jellicent, Fosse was just one of many. He lived his days in relative ease. Around the age of ten his mother (another Frillish) told him about his father who she had met on her own travels. For a while he didn't really care for the information but he has always loved puzzle games and was curious about exactly who his father was so he left home. He has never found his father but remains hopeful that one day they will meet! (He lead a pretty boring life and didn't have many friends beforehand so there's not really much to say.)
