[★] 7/25/14 - Updated application forms!

We have updated our application forms slightly! All currently accepted forms have been updated with these slight changes. Don't worry, since there isn't anything new, just a bit of slight rearranging and reformatting. However, we have changed the form rules from a list, to some information, and we recommend you take a look at that!
