This is the form used to be whitelisted on the server and create your first character. If you want to create an outlaw or villain, please use the more specific form, which can be found here.

If you have already been accepted onto the server, and want to make a second, third, etc. character, you don't need to make another post with this template.
However, you must make a thread on the member characters forum with information on all of your characters. This info can simply be the information from the form, or more than that.

If your application is denied, you must wait until the next day to resubmit. You can resubmit as many times as you need to.
