What is Roleplaying?: Roleplaying is a collaborative fiction-generating venture where players create characters and have them interact, normally in order to form a story of some kind.
What is Powergaming?: Powergaming is attempting to change the ordinary balance of the game in order to min-max a character.
What is Metagaming?: Metagaming is anything where the character uses or exploits something that the player would know but the character wouldn't in that situation.

Explain why Powergaming and Metagaming are bad: They both make the experience frustrating and/or upsetting to other players by upsetting the normal balance of a standard game.

Character Name: Fluh
Species: Flaaffy
Gender: Nonbinary/Genderless
Age: 12.9
Personality: Fluh is a vain, selfish, bold, attention-seeking, chatty, know-it-all, and easily embarrassed and offended crybaby.
Appearance: Fluh is a standard Flaaffy with exceptionally soft and neatly-sheared wool. Its tail is almost all black save for one thin stripe of pink. The ball on the end of its tail is purplish blue, which Fluh sometimes says makes it shiny but.... Fluh isn't shiny.

Dislikes: dirt, heat, being in a Pokeball, the ocean

Backstory: Fluh and its twin Fee were born in a meadow. Their parents were two wild ampharos who tried to teach their kids as much as they could, but they couldn't stop Fluh and Fee's occasional bickering. Fluh always had a greater sense of control over its electricity compared to Fee, who wanted nothing more than to snooze or take a nap or sometimes just sleep. Fluh didn't mind the naps, but sometimes when it got dark it got scared and it wanted a nightlight, so making a few static zaps would always help. As they got older, Fee developed some bald patches, and Fluh just thought that was the funniest thing. Really, though, Fluh was super scared of developing bald patches because of extra electricity. Fluh rubbed up against a bunch of stuff (especially trees) to avoid that happening. It became a compulsion, and one that Fluh still does just to feel calmer.

Fluh and Fee were both outside one time when they happened on a bunch of trainers. Fluh got into a fight with a Geodude that, uh, got a little out of hand. Fluh hated the Pokeball so much and struggled against three attempts and managed to escape them all. Fee jumped in the fight, but the trainer didn't want Fee because of their bald patches. The trainer eventually ran out of Pokeballs and left.

When both Fluh and Fee evolved into Flaaffy, though, things changed a little. Fluh wanted to go out and explore, but Fee had made a new friend. Fee would much rather hang out with Willis the Whismur, but Fluh didn't get along with Willis. In the end, Fee chose willis over Fluh, so Fluh decided to get out of there, but not before yelling at Fee and Willis a LOT and zapping both of them. Fluh didn't apologize for leaving. Fluh still feels hurt by what Fee did, but its pride is really what's stopping it from apologizing, not from feeling estranged, necessarily.
